Meet The Team
Brad J. Sims
An Atlanta native, Brad is responsible for overseeing Scalpworx’s overall operations; he steers all facets of the business, working mostly remotely. Brad has a proven executive management track record with over 25 years’ experience in State government. Brad is the executive director of Internal Relations for the Technical College System of Georgia. He previously worked in the budget office for the Georgia Department of Community Health. He has attended Mercer University and Kennesaw State University.
A native of Massachusetts, Justin has resided in the South for over 20 years. He first became familiar in scalp micropigmentation in 2014 while researching solutions for his own rapid hair loss. Not satisfied with the unpredictability and high cost of other treatments, he found an article about scalp micropigmentation procedures and was captivated. Frustrated after years of using a variety of scalp concealing and hair thickening products, Justin decided that scalp micropigmentation would provide the immediate, affordable and low-maintenance results he was seeking. He says, “I’m still shocked by the same-day transformations; it’s truly incredible to be able to provide clients with immediate results.” He closely monitors industry advancements, collaborates with a network of other artists, and works on innovation and product testing himself. Justin toggles between managing the day-to-day operations of the business and performing procedures on a special request basis.
An industry expert, Eric has been guiding hair loss sufferers for over a decade through the scalp micropigmentation process. He was one of the first to realize the potential the procedure has to offer. Eric has worked and collaborated with dozens of providers, building a vast background of experience and a solid understanding of the process and the latest techniques. He became interested in scalp micropigmentation after having his own procedure done in 2013. He realized the incredible difference it made in his overall self-confidence and felt a calling to share this with others experiencing the same difficulties. Over the years, he has focused primarily on client consultations, sales and assisting providers build their practices. Eric and his wife Erin live in Rochester, NY where’s he’s able to assist clients remotely. He is well aware of how frustrating hair loss can be for both men and women. He’s available to answer all your questions from initial inquiry to the touch-up process to ensure that you’re well informed and ready for this life-changing procedure.
An Atlanta area firefighter and a paramedic, Justin has a long history of dedication and service to the community. A native of French St. Martin, Justin speaks multiple languages including Spanish, French, and Dutch. Considered a jack-of-all-trades by his peers, Justin is both naturally motivated and innovative. He keeps himself abreast of the new treatment techniques and industry trends. He initially became interested in scalp micropigmentation when he had his own procedure performed by Scalpworx years ago. Justin was immediately impressed with the procedure and pursued a second career with Scalpworx to complement his commitment to helping others. Justin’s dedication to quality has made him a sought-after artist. He is the father of two and a grandfather to two. Justin lives in McDonough, GA with his wife of over 25 years.
Veronica is no stranger to helping and interacting with the public. A Georgia native, she brings almost two decades of service industry experience to Scalpworx. Over time, she realized that her true love was “to pursue a career that would have a positive impact on how people see themselves.” Besides scalp micropigmentation, she is certified in permanent cosmetics and has some experience with body art. She also maintains a small beekeeping business that helps pollinate local farms. In addition to all of this, she is a talented makeup artist, an outdoor photographer, an avid outdoor enthusiast and loves the art of creating craft cocktails. She and her husband Dane, a body artist himself, live in Acworth, GA and welcomed their first child Emerald in July 2021.
